It would appear to be a Mural showing Mario from Super Mario Brothers, made out of cases of Pop… Dr. Pepper for his hat and shirt, pepsi for his mustache, etc.
On the third try, squinting with dedication, there Mario was in pretty clear relief. It went from being confusing to being so obvious I wondered how anyone could not see him.
